Refund policy

At Swanky Unicorn LLC, our commitment is to deliver high-quality, personalized products. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we strive to make this process as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible. Below, you will find detailed information about our return, exchange, and refund policies to ensure you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalized items are eligible for return only if they are defective or if there has been an error in your personalization. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned due to size or color preference issues. Please consult our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Process for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Initiation: Contact our customer service at pineapple@swankyunicorn.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Approval: After your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your item(s).
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and proceed with the appropriate refund or exchange.
  4. Finalization: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing the returned item(s). Exchanges will be processed, and replacement items will be sent out as quickly as possible.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery but within a reasonable grace period, which will be specified upon the return request.
  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to Swanky Unicorn LLC.

The calculation for partial refunds will be based on the condition of the returned item and communicated upon inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@swankyunicorn.com.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or if there is a discrepancy in size from what was ordered. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if an exchange is needed. Note: Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (unless defective or incorrectly personalized), and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Notification for EU Consumers:

In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, please be aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply to print-on-demand products, which are goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This exception also applies to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once they have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
